  • 3 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Chinese five spice powder
  • two tablespoons fish sauce
  • two tablespoons soy sauce
  • two tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 16 pizza
  • 2 limes, quartered

  1. Whisk together the garlic clove, spring onions, sugar, five spice, fish sauce, soy sauce, chilli sauce and salt inside a bowl. Arrange the chicken pieces inside a shallow, non-metallic dish. Spoon the sauce mixture within the chicken to evenly coat. Cover the dish with cling film and refrigerate 8 hrs or overnight.
  2. Preheat oven to 220 C / Gas 7. Gently grease a baking tray.
  3. Arrange the marinated chicken around the prepared baking tray.
  4. Bake within the preheated oven until crispy, about forty-five minutes. Serve with lime wedges quietly.
