Dal tadka recipe vah chef chicken biryani

Dal Fry is a well-liked Indian lentil recipe. This recipe uses toor dal, also is referred to as arhar or toor dal. The dal is seasoned with number of spices also it tastes scrumptious.

Ingredients

  • → Oil two tablespoons.
  • → Dry red chilly 3 Figures.
  • → Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Ginger root(finely chopped) 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Garlic clove(finely chopped) 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Onion(chopped) 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Tomato 1/2 Cup.
  • → Red chilly powder 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoons.
  • → Salt To Taste.
  • → Cherry tomato plants 4 Figures.
  • → Eco-friendly chillies 2 Figures.
  • → Kasuri methi 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Garam masala 1 Pinch.
  • → Toor dal(steamed) 1 Cup.
  • → Ghee 1 Tablespoons.

Directions

1. Heat oil inside a pan and add dry red chilly, cumin seeds, ginger root, garlic clove and saute it. 2. Add onions, tomato, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, cherry tomato, eco-friendly chillies, kasuri methi and saute it. 3. Add steamed toor dal, garam masala and blend it later prepare for just two-5 mins and turn off flame. 4. Remove lid and put a bowl on dal mixture pan and add burning coal, onto it sprinkle garam masala and pour ghee. 5. Place lid on pan for five mins and take away lid, bowl. 6. Transfer right into a plate and serve with roti.
