  • 2 teaspoons corn starch

  • 3 garlic clove cloves (minced)

  • In a tiny bowl create a slurry by stirring together he corn starch along with a tablespoon water. Put aside.
  • Heat a couple of tablespoons coconut oil inside a sauté pan. Add in the garlic clove, ginger root and scallion whites, cooking for thirty seconds or until aromatic.
