Jewish chicken fricassee recipe meatballs

This dish is typically created using leftover items of chicken (necks, ft, etc), but they are harder to obtain compared to breast nowadays! Which means this recipe calls for an entire chicken, chop up. Tomato plants aren't authentic whatsoever (however i like them) - they're a United States addition! Rather, to retain authenticity, get rid of the tomato plants and stir in 1tsp paprika before you decide to add some chicken pieces and 1-1.5 cups water after you have added the chicken. The fricassee is scrumptious in either case! For that meatballs, you should use hamburger, however i use ground poultry rather to create this healthier.
