Best chicken curry recipe thai chicken
  • two tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons red Thai curry paste
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced using the grain
  • 2 chicken breasts, reduce cubes
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped carrots
  • 1 teaspoon dried tulsi
  • 3 cloves garlic clove, minced
  • Zest of just oneOr2 lime
  • 1 1/4 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • One 14-ounce can diced tomato plants
  • Lime wedges, for squeezing

Prepare 1 tablespoon from the oil, the curry paste and onions inside a large saute pan over medium heat, stirring frequently and letting sizzle, five to six minutes. Pat the chicken dry, sprinkle with pepper and salt and add some remaining oil towards the pan. Prepare the chicken within the onion-curry mixture until golden on every side. Add some broccoli. carrots, tulsi, garlic clove and lime zest and prepare, stirring, before the vegetables are coated, a couple of minutes. Add some coconut milk. chicken stock and tomato plants and produce to some simmer. Allow the chicken simmer until cooked through and also the sauce starts to thicken, about twenty minutes. Squeeze with lime juice before serving.
