Chicken - 300 gms
Onion - 2 Large
Tomato plants - 2 Large
Capsicum/Bell Pepper - 1 small or 1/2 cup chopped
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - To Taste
Water - 1 Cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 tablespoons of
Ginger root-Garlic clove Paste - 2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Fresh Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoons of

To Roast and Grind
Coriander Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Dry Red Chilli - 4
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch pieces

To Temper
Oil -2 tablespoons of
Bay Leaf - 1
Cloves -2
Eco-friendly Cardamom - 1 6.

1. Roast all of the ingredients listed under 'To Roast and Grind' until aromatic around 2 minutes and grind to coarse powder.


2. Neat and cut chicken in bite size pieces and marinate with 1 / 2 of masala we grind with 1 teaspoon of ginger root-garlic clove paste, turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, fresh lemon juice and blend well, keep aside until needed.


3. Peel and slice onion, chop coriander leaves and puree tomato plants.

5. Add remaining powder masala and blend well, saute for any minute. Add tomato puree, stir and prepare in medium flame until oil separates.


6. Add chicken pieces and blend well, cover and prepare for several-4 minutes or until chicken get tender.


7. Now add salt, 1 cup water and produce it to get affordable boil cover and prepare for 12-fifteen minutes or until chicken pieces becomes soft and gravy thickness, add capsicum pieces stir well, cover and prepare for five minutes in medium heat or until capsicum will get cooked and gravy becomes thick, oil separates


8. Add garam masala stir and off flame. If there's little gravy left it's fine,it will likely be dry as time passes.
