Ingredients

1 lb chicken white meat reduce 1" cubes
2 lbs fresh ginger root garlic clove paste
1 teaspoon white-colored pepper powder
cup cheddar cheese grated
1/3 cup cheddar cheese grated for topping
1 lb finely chopped eco-friendly chillies
teaspoon cardamom powder
teaspoon levelled jaifal, javetri powder (mace and nutmeg)
2 tablespoons of coriander leaves chopped finely

1 egg
4 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
cup tahini
Wooden skewers drenched for just two hrs

Directions

Marinate the chicken cubes with ginger root garlic clove paste, salt and white-colored pepper and then leave to have an hour. Take cup cheddar cheese and mash it with finger add the rest of the ingredients and blend correctly. Add some marinated chicken and blend.

Thread the wooden skewers using the chicken pieces. Put on greased oven tray. Invest the left marinade on the top from the skewers, sprinkle all left grated cheese on the top.

Bake on preheated oven at 180°C- 350°F for 30 min Glaze it with butter. You are able to BBQ it too.
Garnish with tahini.
