cup chick pea flour,( besan) cup grain flour, (chawal ka atta) cup wheat grains flour, (gehu ka atta) cup millet flour,( ragi ka atta ) 2 tablespoons of semolina, (suji) 1 onion, chopped, (pyaz) 2 tablespoons of coriander, chopped, (dhaniya) 3-4 eco-friendly chillies, chopped, (hari mirch) 1 teaspoon cumin powder,( jeera powder) 1 teaspoon roasted cumin whole, (sabut jeera) 1 teaspoon coriander powder, (dhaniya powder) cup water salt to taste,namak 4 tablespoons of white-colored butter,( makhan) 1 cup Yogurt- for everyone 4 tablespoons of eco-friendly chutney, Hari chutney, for everyone 4 tablespoons of oil, + to cook and greasing, (tel )

preparation method

have a big bowl and mix chickpea flour, grain flour, wheat grains flour and millet flour in it. Add onions and coriander. Now add eco-friendly chillies, roasted cumin powder, whole cumin and coriander powder. Add salt and semolina. Mix all of this well. Now knead right into a dough adding just a little water at any given time. Rest the dough for 15-twenty minutes.Separate the dough into small portions. Have a plastic sheet and Grease both hands after some oil. Have a small part of dough inside your hands. Pressing lightly around the plastic sheet, create a thalipeeth in circular (disc) shape. Heat oil inside a pan and lightly taking out the thalipeeth in the plastic transfer in to the pan. Make little holes on sides. Prepare on sides adding oil as needed. Make all thalipeeths in similar manner. Transfer the cooked thalipeeth on the plate and garnish having a dollop of butter. Serve it hot with yogurt and chutney.
