Black pepper chicken chop recipe singapore mee

This is among my kids favourite dish making it for supper a couple of days ago. This can be a simple dish and that i recommend investing in a millet to flatten the meat a bit. I haven't got a millet and my chicken would be a thick bit of meat. Nonetheless, we enjoyed it.

With this dish, I made use of a deboned leg meat but you should use breast meat if you want.

Ingredients
2 deboned chicken leg meat,
freshly ground pepper
salt to taste
2-3 Tablespoons of worchestershire sauce
extra virgin essential olive oil /essential olive oil

Brown Sauce

half medium onion, chopped/thinly sliced
2-3 tablespoons of water
1 teaspoon flour
sliced mushroom (optional)

Method
1. Marinate chicken meat with pepper, salt and worchestershire sauce for around 1hr or overnite 2. Warm up EVO inside a pan and grill the chicken pieces till cooked. Begin with your skin side lower first
3. Remove chicken pieces and set it aside
4. Add chopped/sliced onion and prepare till they turn transparent
5. Add water one tablespoon at any given time and stir the mix
6. Add mushrooms if you work with it and simmer
7. Add abt 1tsp water in to the flour and blend rid of it
8. Pour flour mixture in to the pan to thicken the sauce
9. Add pepper and salt to taste if you want
10.Arrange chicken piece on the plate and pour a few of the sauce/gravy within the chicken
11.Serve with taters and salad

Note: You can include other herbs or spices to fit your taste.
