Lauki recipe vah chef tandoori chicken

Bottlegourd kofta or lauki kofta curry is fried gram flour and lauki dumplings .This straightforward recipe, cooking becomes not just less tiresome but additionally healthier because the kofta are steamed instead of fried. Prepare the gravy on the medium flame to prevent burning of spices.

Ingredients

  • → Bottle gourd(grated) 1 Cup.
  • → Cumin powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Turmeric powder 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Mint leaves(chopped) 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Coriander leaves(Chopped) 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Chick pea flour two tablespoons.
  • → Peanuts 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Sesame seeds 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Coconut powder 1 Tablespoons.
  • → Oil To Fry.
  • → Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Cumin seeds 1/2 Teaspoons.
  • → Dry red chilly 2 Figures.
  • → Fenugreek seeds 1/4 Teaspoons.
  • → Salt To Taste.
  • → Curry leaves 1 Springs.
  • → Ginger root garlic clove paste 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Turmeric powder 1 Pinch.
  • → Red chilly powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Coriander powder 1 Teaspoons.
  • → Eco-friendly chillies 2 Figures.
  • → Yogurt 3 Tablespoons.

Directions

1. Have a bowl and add bottle gourd, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilly powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves then mix completely. 2. Adding chick pea flour and blend well. Now take small dumpling and provide kofta contour around deep fry them. 3. Heat a pan as well as on slow flame dry roast the peanuts, sesame seeds, coconut powder then put this in to the blender. 4. Then add water making a smooth paste. 5. Heat oil inside a pan again and add mustard seeds, when mustard seeds splutter add cumin seeds, dry red chilly, fenugreek seeds then saute it. 6. Adding sliced onions, salt, curry leaves, prepare this till onions are golden in colour, add ginger root garlic clove paste prepare this up until the raw flavour is finished. 7. Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, eco-friendly chillies. 8. Adding prepared paste, little water and prepare this on the slow flame for half an hour. 9. Now add chopped coriander leaves, chopped mint leaves, beaten yogurt and prepare this for several minutes on the slow flame. 10. Adding lauki kofta, place the lid on and allow it to prepare for couple of minutes and turn off the flame. 11. The kofta salan is able to serve with roti or grain.
