Recipe for chicken breast pinoy style

Recipe for chicken breast pinoy style

I received my first taste of chicken curry after i would be a newcomer in senior high school and immediately loved it. My hubby however didn’t like his very first time which was five years ago initially when i first introduced the chicken curry dish to him. Maybe I wasn’t a much better prepare then or possibly his tastebuds still need become accustomed to the spice curry. Many people are just like that right?

I maybe to convince myself the latter holds true because go forward, he wants it now. Incidentally, this chicken curry includes a hint of sweetness into it. Things I love relating to this dish may be the curry complements well using the coconut milk. Some uses evaporated milk or perhaps evaporated creamer for convenience (like I sometimes do) rather of coconut milk however the taste is slightly different. Anyways, should you’re that individual who loves dishes with coconut milk inside them, this chicken curry is perfect for you.

1. Fry cubed taters till light brown.

2. Fry chicken till light brown (forget about pinkish raw meat).

Incidentally, the chicken breasts should be sliced to chunks. How big the chunks depends upon you. You will find occasions I favor smaller sized cuts, other occasions I love big slices.

3. Saute the minced garlic clove till light brown adding within the sliced onion and ginger root up until the onion becomes transparent and also the ginger root emits a pleasant aroma.

4. Add chicken. Stir. Adding water and curry powder. Provide boil then simmer up until the chicken breasts become tender about 15-20 minutes.

5. Place in taters and carrots. Still simmer for five minutes.

6. Add some coconut milk, salt, sugar, bell and ground pepper. Using low heat, simmer for five more minutes therefore the coconut milk won't curdle. If using evaporated milk (like Used to do here), simmer for several minutes only. Switch off heat.

Incidentally, use red bell pepper for color contrast to create your chicken curry look more appetizing.

7. Serve hot. You might serve chicken curry as grain topping like things i usually do in your own home. Enjoy!
