Ingredients
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 tablespoons of NESTL Baking Cacao
- 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 125g butter, melted
- TOPPING:
- 1 tablespoons of NESTL Baking Cacao
- 3/4 cup NESTL Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 100g PLAISTOWE Premium Dark Cooking Chocolate, melted
- 1/2 pkt NESTL Dark CHOC BITS
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
Chocolate Rough Slice
Description
Coconut is paramount component within this popular slice, adding a layer of texture towards the wealthy chocolate.
Steps to make
1. Preheat oven to 180C. Line an 18cm x 28cm lamington tin with baking paper.
2. Combine Base ingredients and press into prepared tin.
3. Bake fifteen minutes until golden.
4. Combine NESTLE Baking Cacao, NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk, PLAISTOWE Wealthy Dark Cooking Chocolate, NESTLE Dark Choc Bits and remaining topping ingredients and spread over base. Awesome then reduce slices.
NOTE: Allow cooling time
