Peter Gilmore's Eight Texture Chocolate Cake
I've been totally hooked on the most recent Masterchef Australia series, which in my experience may be the model for the way television cooking competitions ought to be presented. (I'm not linking into it in situation there's a spoiler around the homepage, it's still running within the United kingdom and that i can't know who won and don't wish to ruin it should you're watching, too!) (Hell's Kitchen is simply a number of bleeps and screaming - that's fun?)

I must question if he ever will get sauce with that cravat and just how he'd handle it. I'll bet he brings spares!
