Ingredients
- 1 C boiling water
- 1 tablespoons of oil
- 1 tablespoons of coffee (finely ground granules, NOT liquid)
- 225 gms butter
- 200 gms chocolates (any sort)
- 1½ C castor sugar
- 2 C flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ¹/3 C cacao powder
- 2 eggs, gently beaten
Method
Preheat the oven to 250C.
Heat oven to 160C (if you work with an admirer oven, set the high temperature at 140C).
Put water, oil, coffee, butter, chocolate and sugar right into a pot and melt (don't overheat). Awesome slightly.
Put flour, baking powder and cacao powder right into a bowl and sieve perfectly. Mix using the wet ingredients after which add eggs.
Put in 9” (22 cm) round or 8” (20 cm) square lined tin and bake for 2 hrs.
Remove from oven when placed skewer arrives clean.
