Chose to make this in super quick time today. The boys were horrified after i place the mayonnaise in and were determined to not like them but regrettably they did. So I must share them. Also used light mayo as suggested and used xylitol instead of sugar. They taste scrumptious.
I made these the very first time yesterday, these were perfect! It did feel weird putting mayonnaise in, however ho, they taste goooood!

Great recipe. A reasonably economical brownie, not lots of chocolate and eggs. Used to do use a little more cacao powder [40g] and just had skimmed milk rather of buttermilk. It had been a thick mix, not pourable. Result only agreed to be moist enough and chocolatey. I'll be making these again.

I've just made these and split into cupckaes and i'm waiting to determine the end result. Slightly worried as with the recipe it states pour into cake tin - my mixture wasn't purable and that i adopted it towards the letter. eeeeeeeeek!

They are absolutely great, and mayonnaise- who'd have thought. The only real factor that would've earned it another star is taste you actually only get using the stodgy full fat ones! Certainly worth a go there are carried this out one yet.

I adopted the recipe exactly, unsure whether it was my oven however the edges began to trap and burn slightly but simply cut the perimeters off but still switched out lovely. I enjoyed mine with a few low-fat custard warmed and my hubby had his cold, he recommended I put choc chips in the next time.

Made these yesterday with my 10year old boy and they're absolutely gorgeous and you'd don't know these were low-fat. Used just ordinary milk. Nobody could tell exactly what the secret component was and that i felt especially smug since i used Hellmans light mayonnaise, that we suppose means to nibble on two without feeling guilty !

what lots of rubbish. they are filled with sugar. Why? Anything filled with sugar and gunk will taste best to somebody that is hooked on sugary baked junk. and Hellman's Mayonnaise. Is really a GMO product. Horrible indeed. out of the box wheatflour.
