1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 large egg
1 teaspoon honey
1 cup semi-sweet or milk choc chips

**Just noting the little bit of cacao powder is not always added for that taste, but more for that color. Without them, the cookies is going to be much whiter, but nonetheless scrumptious.

pI'm sorry you'd trouble Greg. My home is Boise State Broncos and perhaps the elevation or even the weather affected my dough. I'm not necessarily sure how that works. Sorry! I'm able to promise you which i always return to this exact recipe after i make these cookies plus they come out fine each time. The dough is definitely thick, however they flatten out slightly within the oven./p
