  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup choc chips

  • 1-quart glass jars with lid and ring
  • funnel or parchment paper formed like a paper cone
  • plastic spatula or lengthy handled, small spoon
  • calculating cups and spoons

  1. Whisk together flour, sodium bicarbonate, and ocean salt inside a large bowl. While using funnel or paper cone, pour flour mixture into the foot of the glass jar. Spread evenly with spatula or spoon to create a flat layer.
