Salted Caramel Fudge

by Angie McGowan on November 28, 2012

Since I Have involved 10 or 11, I’ve been making fudge each year round the holidays. I recall certainly one of my mother’s friend saying how easy it had been and that i would never need to keep an eye on or commit to memory a recipe, because it's usually along the side of the marshmallow fluff jar.

Through the years I've taken that recipe and switched it into a variety of variations like almond fudge, peanut butter fudge, nutella fudge, pecan bourbon fudge, and so much more. This season, I made the decision to create a salted caramel fudge using my personal favorite make of coffee creamer, Worldwide Delight.

I adopted exactly the same fundamental recipe when i always employ, substituting the evaporated milk for just one of my personal favorite ID coffee creamers rather, Salted Caramel Mocha. You could utilize the flavors to personalize your fudge any way you like. You'll find all the ID Periodic Flavors here. I simply cooked my butter, creamer and sugar until it arrived at 248°, after which added the choc chips and marshmallow fluff.

Then to complete, just a little vanilla and a few salt to create the flavor within the chocolate. After flowing it inside a baking dish, I put over some caramel sauce and sprinkled after some ocean salt.
