Chocolate chip pecan coconut cookie recipe

2 1/8 c. flour
1 teaspoon. sodium bicarbonate
1 c. softened butter
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tablespoons of. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
6 oz. choc chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix flour and sodium bicarbonate and hang aside.

Combine softened butter with sugars, mixing until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. On low speed of mixer or utilizing a wooden spoon, progressively stir in flour mixture.

Stir in coconut, choc chips and pecans.

Bake at 325°F on ungreased cookie sheet for eight to ten minutes. Don't over prepare. Cookies ought to be light brown along with a little soft to touch.

Makes 8 dozen cookies.

I veered in the recipe: I really place the flour and sodium bicarbonate mixture within the cookie dough once i place it aside. -) Scrumptious cookies. The next time, I'll try less sugar, though. These were a tad too sweet for me personally.
