Chocolate chips with peanut candy recipe

Peanut Butter Chocolate Nick Cookies Recipe soft and thick peanut butter cookies with choc chips. Fast and simple cookie dough that needs no mixer with no chilling the dough!

The weekend is nearly here so let’s make cookies! Whatever your plans are for the following 2 days, cookies are usually a good idea. Visiting family, picnic in the park (since the Spring weather conditions are finally here!), sleepovers, crafting sessions, game day, movie night a load of freshly baked peanut butter cookies that melt inside your mouth and therefore are full of choc chips is suggested.

I'm in love with this recipe for thus a lot of reasons! It’s want-cookies-now type of recipe since it takes ten minutes to combine in the dough and the other 10 to bake a load. We're using melted butter that also way to mixer needed. You are able to create the dough having a spatula. YES!

In the event that’s not selling you, without a doubt these cookies are thick, perfectly peanut buttery and every bite literally melts inside your mouth. So Great!

Please, observe that the dough is much more around the drier side, you need to roll a scoop from it with you to create a ball. It's not a sticky dough whatsoever.

If you're really short promptly or don’t seem like scooping and moving the dough press it onto a 8″ square (for thick bars, like Used to do HERE ) or 13″ x 9″ pan for additional and thinner bars, bake and cut. It’s victory win in either case!

To determine how easy it's cooking in the dough, take a look at our YouTube video for that Reese’s Bars (it’s utilizing the same cookie dough base)!

Just attempted these and it was just a little disappointed. They taste great, however they didn’t go anywhere. They stored their exact shape and arrived on the scene searching much like balls of cookie dough. They didn’t spread or puff up or anything

Hi Emily! Many thanks for that comment. I'm so sorry the cookies were disappointing. They ought to have fat and and spread a bit but stay quite thick. I'm focusing on modifying this recipe to create stickier dough and flatter cookies. I usually appreciate feedback on my small recipes because it helps me in creating recipes everybody will like. Thanks! -Anna

These taste great but they are so dry they didn’t even stay together. Using all of those other dough inside a brownie pan and wishing that actually works better!

Hi Colleen! Appreciate the comment and seeking the recipe! This really is certainly not really a dough to scoop and drop on the sheet pan. I understand that adding yet another egg can make the dough simpler to deal with. I will update my publish with this option. Used to do get this to dough into bars also it was fantastic! I chose to make this and also the dough is actually dry and crumbly not moist whatsoever.

Hi Tishia! The dough shouldn't be moist whatsoever. It's certainly drier but simple to shape into balls before baking. It can make thick cookies that puff up but don’t spread much. If you want flatter cookies, you can include 1/4 cup of more butter. Hope this can help!

I’ll have a dozen please. Individuals are a few gorgeous searching cookies. I possibly could consume a handful at this time with my coffee.
