Ingredients

  • 100g unsalted butter
  • 225g plain chocolate, damaged into pieces
  • 2tbsp golden syrup
  • 100g Maltesers®
  • 100g mixed milk and white-colored choc chips
  • 100g small marshmallows
  • 225g ginger root biscuits, damaged into pieces

Method

  1. Line a 20cm square cake tin with baking parchment.
  2. In a tiny pan, heat the butter, plain chocolate and golden syrup and stir plus a wooden spoon. Once melted together, leave to awesome for ten mins.
  3. Inside a large bowl, put the Maltesers®, milk and white-colored chocolate nick, small marshmallows, ginger root biscuits and bind along with the melted chocolate sauce.
  4. Pour in to the lined tin and then leave to create within the fridge for at least 2 hrs.
  5. Remove from cake tin and slice into 16 snack-sized rocky road bars.
