Chocolate lava recipe eggless zucchini

1/4 cup nuts, coarsely chopped
2/3 cup chocolates chips
1/4 cup Land O' Ponds Butter with Essential Olive Oil
1 3 oz package of cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup firmly packed brownish sugar
3 eggs
1/4 cup cake flour

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Remove cream cheese from refrigerator and permit to sit down at 70 degrees for half an hour before baking to melt.

Coarsely chop pecans, walnuts, peanuts, almonds, macadamia or pistachio nuts.

Butter 4 six oz. custard or silicone baking cups and put on baking sheet. Sprinkle coarsely chopped nuts evenly at the end of every baking cup.

Inside a microwavable bowl, stir together choc chips and Land O' Ponds Butter with Essential Olive Oil. Microwave on high setting, stirring several occasions until melted. Stir in softened cream cheese and vanilla. Beat on medium speed of the electric mixer for one minute.

At low speed, progressively add flour only until combined.

Inside a large bowl, combine brownish sugar and eggs beat for just two minutes. Utilizing a large spoon, stir in chocolate mixture until no streaks remain.

Pour batter evenly in to the baking cups. Bake for 13-fifteen minutes in preheated oven, until tops are bubbly and puffed center it's still soft. Remove from oven and permit to awesome for five minutes.

Operate a butter knife round the outer edges to free the cakes in the baking cups. Turn each cake, while still warm, upside lower onto a heated dessert dish. Top with fudge or vanilla frozen treats, or serve capped with chocolate curls and whipped topping (See below)

1/3 cup Land O' Ponds Heavy Whipping Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla or 1 tablespoon rum
2 teaspoons powdered sugar

Combine ingredients in a tiny bowl and beat until stiff peaks form. Serve over warm cakes. Sprinkle with chocolate curls or Ghirardelli sweetened cacao powder with chocolate bits. Or drizzle with caramel or toffee bits.

Substitutions: All-purpose flour might be substituted with cake flour otherwise available. Butter might be substituted with Land O' Ponds Butter with Essential Olive Oil.
