Rumchata crock pot hot chocolate recipe

This Slow Oven Hot Cacao is scrumptious and excellent on the cold day! Homemade hot cacao is really smooth and comforting, which recipe is ideal for an audience. I chose to make this the 2009 week also it got two thumbs up from the entire family. When you do this hot cacao recipe, you won’t return to commercially made packets!

Just heat the components inside a slow oven, whisking from time to time. Once it's heated through, switch the slow oven towards the warm setting.

I sprang in certain big marshmallows, but this is great with small marshmallows or homemade whipped cream on the top.

To create peppermint variation, add one teaspoon of peppermint extract to slow oven.

  • 2/3 cup of warm water
  • 1/2 cup of Hershey's Cacao - Natural Unsweetened
  • 1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 glasses of heavy cream
  • 6 glasses of dairy
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla flavoring
  • dash of salt
  • marshmallows
  1. In a tiny bowl, combine warm water and Hershey's Cacao. Stir until smooth.
  2. Combine all ingredients inside a slow oven, including cacao mixture, and whisk to mix.
  3. Heat on low for around 3 hrs, stirring from time to time.
  4. Stir in marshmallows and serve.
