Chocolate “Protein” Milkshake

  • 2 tablespoons of cacao powder (10g)
  • 1 cup Mori-Nu firm tofu (Click for: Soy-Free Version ) (240g)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla flavoring
  • scant 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • as much as 2 cups milk of preference (480g) (less for any thicker shake.)
  • sweetener of preference: for example 2-3 tablespoons of liquid sweetener or sugar, or stevia extract to taste

This sounds amazing. I'm not one for protein powders either, but lately I've began using Juice Plus Complete powder, which isn’t a real protein powder, much more of an all-natural,grow based, no added filler, wholefoods powder, and it is vegan. you need to consider it and develop some recipies!!
