Chocolate peanut butter balls recipe food network
Ingredients
  • 18 ounces peanut butter, recipe follows
  • 1 (16-ounce) box confectioners' sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate, melted
  • Peanut Butter:
  • 3 cups peanuts, shelled, unsalted and dry roasted
  • Peanut oil, if required
Directions

Inside a large bowl, combine peanut butter, confectioners' sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and butter. Mash together until combined. Make up the mixture into balls. Transfer towards the refrigerator until hardened, about half an hour. Dip the peanut butter balls in to the melted chocolate and hang inside small paper cupcake forms. Allow the chocolate set before serving.

Peanut Butter: Within the bowl of the mixer, grind the peanuts until smooth. Using the motor from the mixer running, add peanut oil if required, and puree before the peanuts would be the consistency of peanut butter .
