I don't understand what Used to do wrong, however when my cookies left the oven, these were very thin and flat. I was expecting this from how thin the batter was when compared with other cookies I've made previously. But getting that stated, the cookies were very scrumptious.

Besides the truth that I cut the recipe in two, I virtually adopted the majority of the instructions. The general result was ok but certainly not the very best. The feel from the dough was troubling since mine was very loose (similar to a moose consistency) and so i added more flour to thicken. I additionally added a little more chocolate since i like my cookies dark and wonderful :) and chocolatey. In the end the texture was type of rubber like. quite interesting. I stored mine within the oven for around 9 minutes and ate them hot with frozen treats (it had been good). The feel from the finish cookie was gooey/soft in the centre along with a little crunchier at the base. There is a small powdery taste into it though. These cookies are great enough but you will find certainly better recipes available.

Delish! My new favorite. I made mine with crisco instead of butter. Once they cooled these were firm around the outdoors and soft from the inside much like I love them. I really like that they're not very sweet. I built them into plain, however, you could certainly have fun with these be adding a variety of stuff.
