Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup dairy
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored powdered gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 heaping teaspoons instant espresso powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 small white-colored treat, for garnishing
  • 1 small chocolates bar, for garnishing
Directions

Put the milk inside a heavy, small saucepan. Sprinkle the gelatin over and let are a symbol of a few minutes to melt the gelatin. Stir over medium heat just before the gelatin dissolves, however the milk doesn't boil, a couple of minutes. Add some cream, espresso powder, sugar, and salt.
