  • 1 package Caramel bits
  • 1 1/2 cups Fried pecans (or plain pecans works too)
  1. Line a sizable cookie sheet with parchment paper or waxed paper. Melt chocolate inside a double boiler or microwave, based on package directions add shortening if chocolate appears thick.
