  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • two tablespoons sugar
  • two tablespoons cacao
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter or oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla (or peppermint) extract
  • 1 tablespoon choc chips
  • 1 large mug

Method

  1. Add dry ingredients towards the mug, and blend well.
  2. Crack an egg and combine it with your mug. Make sure to mix rid of it to prevent any pockets of flour within the corners. Pour within the milk, oil and choc chips, and blend well. Add some vanilla flavoring.
  3. Pop your mug in to the microwave & zap for several minutes on maximum power (1000watt). Hold back until the wedding cake stops rising, and takes hold the mug.
  4. If required, operate a knife round the sides from the mug, and tip the still warm cake from the mug and onto a saucer.
