Ingredients
Cake
1 box Gloria Crocker Devil's Food Cake Mix
120 ml vegetable oil (6tbsp)
3 medium the opportunity eggs
230 ml water
Topping
1 tub Gloria Crocker Chocolate Fudge Icing
210 g Chocolate strands
400 g Milk chocolate buttons/bar
270 g Sugar coated chocolate eggs
Method
Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C for fan aided ovens) / Gas Mark 4. Grease the tin or line with greaseproof paper.
Mix the eggs, oil, water and Devil’s Food Cake Mix lightly together and whisk (by hands or electric mixer) for just two-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Pour the wedding cake mix evenly to your two greased cake tins.
Bake
within the center from the oven for 23- 28 minutes or until a rounded knife placed in to the center from the cake arrives clean, then awesome on the wire rack.
Once cooled crumble up right into a large bowl. Give a large spoonful of Choc Fudge Icing, enough so that it is gooey if you have scrunched it altogether.
