Within my family, we just call these "Granny cookies". My entire existence, my Granny makes these and they're incredible. I am unsure what she does which makes hers that a lot better than mine (apart from the truth that she's 84 and I am 26, so experience is really a factor) however these have left within a few minutes at family gatherings. She even transmits the grandkids off and away to college together. The greatest factor I'm able to have to say is Double The Amount Choc Chips. It can make them spread rather less and who does not like extra chocolate!

Ohhh my jeeze! I've been searching with this exact recipe for a long time! It had been this recipe I increased track of my Granny baking, but after she died I simply could not recall the recipe!
