Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. white-colored sugar
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 teaspoon. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon. salt
- 1 1/2 c. small choc chips
- 1 gallon vanilla frozen treats, preferably Haagen Dazs, slightly softened
Directions
- Inside a large bowl, mix butter with brown and white-colored sugar. Add milk and vanilla and stir to mix. Stir in flour and salt. When fully combined, fold in choc chips.
- Line a sizable baking sheet pan with parchment, departing overhang on sides. Press mixture in to the pan, evening it whenever possible having a cutting board or any other flat working surface. Top having a second bit of parchment. Freeze until firm, one hour.
- Remove cookie dough from pan and put onto a cutting board. Slice the dough lower the middle. Spread half with softened vanilla frozen treats, then lightly put the partner on the top. Transfer to pan.
- Freeze for 4 more hrs, or overnight. Slice into sandwiches and serve immediately.
