Whipped cream evaporated milk recipe

Sweeten evaporated milk with powdered sugar and a little vanilla before whipping it right into a foamy topping for cacao, cake or fruit. A little bit of gelatin can offer remaining power for any beautiful presentation.

POUR evaporated milk into small mixer bowl place beaters into mixture. Freeze for around half an hour or until ice crystals form around fringe of bowl.

BEAT on high-speed for one minute or until very creamy. Progressively add sugar and vanilla flavoring continue beating for just two minutes or until mixture is stiff. Serve immediately spooned over fruit or perhaps your favorite dessert.

NOTE: For Whipped NESTL® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk that stands up to half an hour: Sprinkle 1 teaspoon gelatin over two tablespoons water in small, microwave-safe bowl let are a symbol of 2 minutes. Microwave on HIGH (100%) power for 40 seconds stir. Let are a symbol of additional 2 minutes or until dissolved. Pour 1 cup NESTL® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk or Evaporated Free Of Fat Milk and dissolved gelatin into small mixer bowl follow recipe for Whipped Topping. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for approximately half an hour.
This recipe makes 4 cups.

ANOTHER NOTE: I've not attempted that one yet, and that i certainly haven't attempted it using the recipe I published for Homemade Evaporated Milk. However, I'll achieve this soon and publish my findings. Or no of you're able to it sooner, please publish your encounters and just what you consider it. (w/pics if at all possible-I understand they are not always possible!).
