Cheese flavored ice cream recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cream cheese, preferably preservative-free, softened but nonetheless awesome
  • 3/4 cup superfine sugar
  • 1 cup cold sour cream
  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • Pinch of coarse (kosher) salt
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

Steps to make this recipe

  1. Chill a medium mixing bowl and also the beaters of the electric mixer. Within the bowl, beat the cream cheese at medium speed until smooth and soft.
