Coffee ice cream recipe with ice cream maker
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups dairy
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • two tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 6 egg yolks
  • Chocolate curls, for garnish
Directions

Combine the cream, milk, sugar, and occasional inside a medium, heavy saucepan. Provide a light boil over medium heat. Remove in the heat.
