Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups white-colored sugar
  • 2 (12-ounce) cans evaporated milk
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla flavoring

Directions

By having an electric mixer, cream eggs and sugar. Add evaporated milk. condensed milk, and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into an electrical frozen treats churn. Add dairy to fill line. Insert dasher. Pack cooler 1/3 full with ice. Give a layer of rock salt. Repeat layering with ice and salt until full. Note: take care not to overfill, spilling salt in to the churn. When machine begins to labor or turn off, take away the dasher and drain water. Fill with increased ice and salt. Cover having a towel and let harden.

* For fruit frozen treats for example strawberry or peach: 2 cups sliced fruit engrossed in 1 cup sugar. Increase mixture before dairy, and blend well.

Note: For individuals worried about raw eggs, pasteurized liquid eggs might be substituted.
