1 cup almond milk
2/3 cup dates, pitted and drenched
cup cacao, cacao, or carob powder
1/8 cup coconut butter
- Place all ingredients in to the Vitamix container and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and gradually increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.

Strawberry Blueberry Split Sundae Frozen Treats
1 cups bananas
1 cup almond milk
cup agave or walnut syrup
two tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of ocean salt
cup bananas, slightly smashed
cup bananas, slightly mashed
cup, pineapple, chopped really small
cup pecans, chopped (optional)

- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and rapidly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
