Monster Cookies
Best Ever Monster Cookie Recipe: Soft, fluffy peanut butter oatmeal cookies packed with choc chips, M&M candies, and peanut butter chips. You can sub inside your favorite chocolate to ensure they are your personal and expect once they disappear!
Yield: 36-40 small (2-inch) cookies
Prep Time: twenty minutes
Prepare Time: ten minutes
Total Time: half an hour
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brownish sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 large egg, at 70 degrees
- 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
- 1/2 cup + two tablespoons white-colored wheat grains flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup traditional folded oatmeal
- 3/4 cup MMs (plain, chocolates, or any sort you want)
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet choc chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Directions:
- Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 350ºF.
- Inside a large mixing bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add peanut butter and beat until fluffy again, a couple of minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
- Inside a separate bowl, stir together the white-colored wheat grains flour, all-purpose flour, sodium bicarbonate, and salt. Using the mixer on low, progressively beat the flour mixture in to the peanut butter mixture until fully combined. Gradually beat within the oatmeal.
