Amla Chocolate / Amla Murabba is really a healthy snack and is a superb method of preserving Gooseberries ( Nellikai ). Nellikai is an extremely healthy fruit with a lot of medicinal qualities. This recipe preserves the gooseberries for atleast 6 several weeks.

500g Amla (Gooseberry /nellikai)
500g sugar
2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Directions:
1. add amla towards the boiling water and prepare for several-4 minutes
2.let it prepare and cut them into small pieces
3. add sugar and it undisturbed for several days
4. take away the amla from sugar and dry it under sun for two to three days
5.add powdered sugar and serve.
