If you want the convenience and ease of store-bought cookie mixes, then you'll love these homemade cookie mixes. They taste similar to the ones from Gloria Crocker, and they're a lot more affordable and do not contain any additives or preservatives.

Chocolate Nick Cookie Mix

2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups choc chips

On the quart size ziploc bag, write these instructions: Add 2 sticks softened butter, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon. vanilla flavoring. Mix and bake at 350 levels for 9 to 11 minutes.

Pour the dry ingredients in the above list in to the ziploc bag and seal.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Mix

1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup raisins (optional)

On the quart size ziploc bag, write these instructions: Add 1 stick softened butter, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon. vanilla flavoring. Mix and bake at 350 levels for 9 to 11 minutes.

Pour the dry ingredients in the above list in to the ziploc bag and seal.
