When my mother cooks Ginataang Kalabasa I swear I eat with my hands. This can be a healthy and truly scrumptious vegetable dish, we’ll never get fed up with eating.

1 cup of squash decline in cube

1 couple of string beans cut about 4 inches lengthy

Heat the pan, place the oil. Add some garlic clove and onion. Once their aromatic perfume arrives add some shrimp paste. Saut for around couple of minutes adding the squash and string beans. Pour the coconut milk and canopy, allow it to simmer lightly over low fire. Once it steamed add the remainder of ingredients prawns, crab and sili. Cover and continue simmering for around 10 mins. Stir every so often to prevent the bottom to stay. When the sauce has reduced in volume you are able to switch off the fireplace. Best offered with hot grain. Kain na!
