Best Ever Monster Cookie Recipe: Soft, fluffy peanut butter oatmeal cookies packed with choc chips, M&M candies, and peanut butter chips. You can sub inside your favorite chocolate to ensure they are your personal and expect once they disappear!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brownish sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg, at 70 degrees
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1/2 cup + two tablespoons white-colored wheat grains flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup traditional folded oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup MMs (plain, chocolates, or any sort you want)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet choc chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter chips

Directions:

  1. Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 350ºF.
  2. Inside a large mixing bowl, cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. Add peanut butter and beat until fluffy again, a couple of minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
  3. Inside a separate bowl, stir together the white-colored wheat grains flour, all-purpose flour, sodium bicarbonate, and salt. Using the mixer on low, progressively beat the flour mixture in to the peanut butter mixture until fully combined. Gradually beat within the oatmeal.
