Initially when i first found that this days special component was H-E-B Frozen Vegetables, I had been not inspired. I’m glad this component was last since it offered me a couple of days to reflect on my recipe.

I appreciated doing my Pepperoni Pizza Muffins and made the decision to behave across the same lines &- except reinvent the Chicken Pot Cake into Chicken Pot Cake Muffins.

Chicken Pot Cake Muffins

  • nonstick cooking spray
  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Prepare frozen vegetables as directed around the bag. In separate pan, heat cream of chicken soup.
  3. Gently spray muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray. Separate dough into eight biscuits separate each biscuit into two layers. Place eight biscuit halves in sprayed muffin cups pressing to pay for the edges and bottom.
  4. When the frozen veggies are carried out drain and mix with cream of chicken soup. Add some diced cooked chicken white meat, garlic clove powder and pepper and mix well.
  5. Give a little on the tablespoon from the mixture in to the lined muffin cup. Put the remaining biscuit halves within the filled muffin cups and lightly seal each biscuit.
