Christmas oreo cookie bark recipe

Christmas oreo cookie bark recipe

exactly what does every self-respecting chocaholic do round the holidays. search for methods to incorporate chocolate into every Christmas treat imaginable :). i’ve found a brand new weakness&...&...christmas bark. what is much better than oreos, peppermint chips, mms, and pretzels all mixed together? all mixed along with white-colored chocolate. yes, please.

i saw an easter time bark on the super cute blog known as your homebased mother. she's a few different themed barks, plus they all look scrumptious! browse the recipe i saw HERE .

case the type of recipe that will have intimidated me a lot before i began this journey to learn to prepare. WHY. why was i scared? this really is most likely the simplest recipe i've published on the website up to now. you won't regret getting this inside your repertoire! i made use of peanut mms in addition to holiday mint mms, pretzels, andes mint peppermint baking chips, red holiday oreos, and awesome mint oreos. and ghirardelli white-colored chocolate baking bars. never skimp around the chocolate. always choose the right.

after i required this picture, scout was really growling at me to provide her a number of this. yeah, that’s not going to take place.

the white-colored chocolate is simply so tasty using the subtle mint flavors within the chocolate. scrumptious!

i believe its so pretty using the christmas colors. this could create a great homemade gift, or even the welcome addition to the holiday party. add all your favorite flavors in to the mix!

doesn’t this cause you to hungry? i’m trying to not eat everything tonight. c’mon self-control!!

i enjoy learn about what ingredients you finish up using. i wish to try other flavors later on. peanut butter, cashews, a lot of options!

an additional reason there’s no better time compared to holidays.

  • 7 red holiday oreos
  • 7 awesome mint oreos
  • 1 1/2 cup stick pretzels
  • 1/2 cup mint m&ms
  • 1/2 cup peanut m&ms
  • 1/2 cup andes peppermint baking chips
  • red and eco-friendly sprinkles
  • 1 lb white-colored chocolate baking bars (i favor ghirardelli. never skimp on chocolate!)
  1. Cover a sizable cookie sheet with wax paper. (i did not have wax paper. and so i used parchment paper and gently sprayed with cooking spray. Gently. i suggest wax paper however this did work if you are inside a jam)
  2. Spread damaged cookies, pretzels, peppermint chips, contributing to 3/4 of the m&ms to the baking sheet
  3. Place white-colored chocolate inside a container and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir after which microwave for an additional minute until melted and smooth. see it carefully to make certain it does not burn
  4. Pour the melted chocolate within the cookie/chocolate mixture, distributing with spatula as needed to coat completely
  5. Sprinkle all of those other m&m's in addition to red and eco-friendly sprinkles within the still wet chocolate. this wont work whether it has hardened.
  6. Place cookie tray into refrigerator until set and firm. Remove and lightly break bark into small pieces.
  7. Store in airtight container.
  8. enjoy!
