Prepare occasions vary drastically! I made use of a California Mixture of frozen veggies (carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower) after cooking them for more than 40 minutes within the oven they still were nowhere near done :( Was not having enough time for you to get dinner up for grabs so put them within the micro, covered, on high for an additional ten minutes and known as it good. Could just be the vegetable blend I made use of, but remember that prepare time may be considerably longer, nearer to an hour or so within the oven is my personal. Also, a little too vinegary for me personally, was expecting something sweeter so I'd suggest either reducing the vinegar or growing the quantity of honey used. Just my own opinion though. Overall, not necessarily a bad recipe, it's potential.

It was fabulous! The only real factor Used to do differently was marinate the veggies in EVOO and Balsalmic Vinegar. I put them within the oven in the suggested temp and some time and it had been perfect. Once cooked, I outfitted all of them with the recommendations of honey, EVOO, thyme, etc. Again - perfect!

Different vegetables will prepare at different rates so remember that while cooking this. I did not really consider that the very first time I managed to get so somethings were practically burned while some were barely done. Now I make certain that longer cooking veggies are cut smaller sized or combined with other similar veggies. Such things as eggplant and zucchini prepare fast therefore if I am with them I either ask them to in big chunks or make certain I do not also provide something similar to sweet taters together. I like the honey mixture about this recipe so this is exactly why I carry on using it!

This dish was absolutely scrumptious. It had this type of great flavor and it was super easy to organize. Used to do alter a few of the veggies, since it is things i had on hands. Used to do prepare it for just one hour, stirring every 15 mins. Will certainly get this to dish again. Just recipe.
