Honey ham glaze recipe simple
  • 18 to twenty-pound smoked pork, water added, pork hock removed
  • One 16-ounce box light brown sugar
  • 1 cup (8-ounce jar) clover honey
Directions

Adjust the oven racks to support a sizable covered roasting pan. Fit the pan having a shallow rack. Preheat the oven to 350 levels F.

Unwrap the pork and rinse it in cold water. Put it around the rack within the roasting pan. Cover the pan using the lid and bake for half the believed cooking (Total cooking is all about twenty minutes per pound.)
