Preparation

1. Make a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil, put aside.

2. Combine the softened cream cheese, 4 cups powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt within the large bowl of the electric mixer.

3. Mix the chocolate on medium speed for a few minutes before the mixture is well-combined and homogenous. When the dough seems to become too sticky, add some remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar and blend until it's somewhat stiff but nonetheless pliable and never dry.

4. Utilizing a teaspoon or perhaps a chocolate scoop, for that chocolate into small balls (about 1” across or fewer) and put them around the prepared baking sheet. Put the chocolate within the freezer or refrigerator to relax until set, about twenty minutes within the freezer or one hour within the refrigerator.

5. When you are prepared to dip the balls, put the chocolate chocolate coating inside a microwave-safe bowl and microwave it in 30-second times before the chocolate is melted and smooth.

6. Dip the peanut butter balls in to the melted chocolate using dipping tools or two forks. Return the dipped balls towards the baking sheet, even though the chocolate continues to be wet, top each ball having a peanut half. Repeat with remaining chocolate.

7. Put the dipped candies within the refrigerator to create the chocolate. Keep balls within an airtight container within the refrigerator for approximately per week.
