Amazing! I didn't have eggs and wasn't gonna risk anybody's existence by drunk driving to obtain any. These switched out yummy as hell! I believe I even like them much better than the egg ones I've made. I altered the quantity to six cookies cause I'm already fat and so i didn't need in addition to that.
They were so great! After studying a few of the other reviews saying the dough would be a bit dry, I went ahead and thrown in a tiny blueberry while creaming together the sugars and butters also it labored a goody. (This really is something Used to do a great deal to replace eggs in vegan baking.) There is only self-rising flour within the cupboard, and so i just overlooked the baking powder. Can make these again!
absolutely yummy. don't miss the egg whatsoever especially while sampling the dough! I made use of 1/4 cup shortening and 1/4 cup margarine instead of 1/2 cup margarine and added about 1/8 cup extra peanut butter while mixing all of the ingredients to keep the dough from crumbling also greased the baking sheets. Tasty treat out of the box and could be complimented by topping after some peanut butter or perhaps an icing or perhaps a chocolate hug. Forget about egg within my pbc's, I'd rather consume the chicken (if needed to choose)! I Thankfully for you personally Megabites not having enough eggs :-).
