Great recipe! The chicken's batter is wonderful. Tip: Add ginger root powder to batter. br/I discovered the vinegar too acrid within the original recipe. I finished up adding a bit less. br/Another tip: stirfry vegetables in butter, and then add cayenne sweet pepper.
Sauce is simply too strong for me personally however i loved the chicken.
It was an excellent sauce. I didn't result in the chicken part. Although the sauce was good, it didn't help remind me from the PF Chang's sauce. My grain wine might have been too strong, or even the vinegar. Will attempt again.
