Jif peanut butter cookie recipe without crisco coupons

COMBINE shortening, peanut butter, sugar and powdered sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with mixer until well blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
COMBINE flour, sodium bicarbonate and salt in medium bowl. Increase creamed mixture at low speed until just blended. Cover and refrigerate a minimum of one hour.
HEAT oven to 350F. Coat baking sheet without any-stick cooking spray. Form dough into 1-inch balls. Dip 1/2 of every ball into sugar. Place sugar side up, 2 " apart on sheet. Flatten slightly with fork inside a crisscross pattern.
BAKE 12 to fifteen minutes. Awesome 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to awesome completely.
